ArchScene is built for professional project work. If your studio has stricter confidentiality requirements, talk to support before onboarding sensitive client projects.

Data we process

ArchScene stores account information, project names, uploaded images, SketchUp scene exports, render results, credit ledger entries and support messages needed to operate the service.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. ArchScene receives billing identifiers, subscription status and event metadata, not full card numbers.

Project files

Project images and renders are private by default and connected to the account that uploaded them.

Public profiles, shared project pages or portfolio surfaces are only meant to expose work that the account owner chooses to publish.

Security and access

Administrative access is limited to operational tasks such as support, billing review, abuse prevention and technical investigation.

Service keys and internal credentials are kept server-side. Users should not share passwords, private links or sensitive client files outside their authorized team.

Retention and requests

Operational records can be retained to support billing, credit history, dispute handling, abuse prevention and product reliability.

You can contact support to request account review, file removal or clarification about stored data.
