If a term looks unclear for your studio, contact ArchScene support before using the platform commercially.

Use of the service

ArchScene helps architects organize project images, SketchUp scenes and AI-assisted render workflows. You are responsible for the files, references and instructions you upload.

Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use, unlawful material, confidential third-party files without authorization, or content that attempts to abuse the platform.

Accounts and access

You must keep your login credentials private. Actions made from your account, including render requests and credit consumption, are treated as account activity.

ArchScene can restrict, suspend or review accounts that show abuse, payment fraud, automated signup abuse or attempts to bypass credit limits.

Credits and subscriptions

Credits are consumed by confirmed AI actions. Technical failures can return credits automatically or through support review.

Subscription prices, credit limits and beta benefits may change for future billing periods. Active users will be informed before material paid-plan changes.

Results and limitations

AI results can vary. ArchScene aims to preserve project intent, layout and materials, but the user remains responsible for reviewing client-facing outputs.

The service is provided as a beta workbench and may have temporary limits, maintenance windows or queue changes while quality is improved.
